For best results:

  • Pat dry before cooking to help the surface brown
  • Use medium-high heat for a strong sear
  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing
  • Salt just before cooking for better texture

Cooking Instructions

Grill: Medium-high heat, 5–7 minutes per side

Oven: 425°F for 20–25 minutes

Pan-sear: Medium-high heat, 6–7 minutes per side

Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
