Shipping and Returns

Currently we are offering free ground shipping on orders $100+ with only shipping to areas within 48 hours of ground distance with UPS.

SHIPPING POLICY

Jidori Chicken® has been selling and shipping high-quality chicken to professional chefs and restaurants nationwide for a long time. Now shipments can be made to your home through Jidori®Home. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday for Tuesday through Saturday delivery, according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Now UPS counts Saturday as a normal delivery day so orders placed on Thursday will be received by Saturday with no extra charge. Currently Jidori®Home does not ship on Saturday or Sunday and cannot deliver on Sunday.

To maintain the highest quality, our products are individually sealed in air-tight packaging and chilled prior to shipment. To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped in a recyclable shipper box lined with biodegradable insulation with gel ice or dry ice.

SHIPPING RATES

Jidori®Home offers the following shipping options. Total days to deliver is based on selected shipping method and delivery date. The rates you will be charged will be shown at time of purchase.

  • **Due to COVID, UPS shipping has been delayed and inconsistent. We are only shipping orders out Tuesday and Wednesday, with limited Thursday and Friday deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship with UPS. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is shipped ground and will take 1 to 2 days based on delivery address. Orders must be received by 8 A.M. PST to be shipped out same day. Standard shipping for orders received after 8 A.M. PST will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping not available for Alaska or Hawaii. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping consists of 2-day air delivery. The package will deliver by the end of the second business day after shipping. This delivery time can be as late as the evening hours in some locations. Orders must be received by 8 A.M. PST to be shipped out same day. Express shipping for orders received after 8 A.M. PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship Express.

 

SHIPPING NOTES

Jidori®Home makes every attempt to fulfill orders based on customer requested ship date; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

  • All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO boxes).
  • Jidori®Home is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double-check addresses. 
  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.
  • Jidori®Home is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
  • Be sure to double check gift recipient addresses.
  • Billing customer is responsible to make sure gift recipient is available for delivery.

 

Substitutions
If any item you have ordered is not available, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value to ensure your order arrives on time. Some packaging and assortments may vary slightly from photographs. Prices are subject to change and are listed for the 50 United States.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to take returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel a product you received does not meet our guarantee, please contact us at customerservice@JidoriHome.com within 7 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you beginning the refund/review process.

Occasionally, we will require product to be returned to our operations department for review. If it is determined a return is necessary, our team will provide a shipping label, packaging and facilitate a pickup with our shipping carrier for the product to be returned. Once the product is received and reviewed, a credit will be issued or replacement product will be shipped to customer. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of product.

The review process will take no longer than 14 days from date of initiation. Once a review has been completed a) replacement product will be shipped, b) a refund will be issued to original form of payment, or c) store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
