Recipes
  1. Combine: Place the provided chicken parts in your stock pot. For consumers that want a less fatty broth remove skin from body.
  2. Add Water and Vinegar: Fill the pot with water, add a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to help extract minerals.
  3. Add your own Aromatics:

    1-2 large onions, quartered
    2-3 large carrots, cut into chunks
    2-3 celery stalks, cut into chunks
    3-4 garlic cloves, smashed (optional)
    Or your own choice selections like ginger!

  4. Add your own Herbs and Spices

    1-2 bay leaves
    1 teaspoon of whole peppercorns
    1 teaspoon of dried thyme or a small bunch of fresh thyme
    A small bunch of fresh parsley (optional)

  5. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 12-24 hours.
  6. Strain and add salt: We like to strain then add seasoning to taste at the end to avoid making it taste too salty after some evaporation.
