Cooking Instructions

Cook directly from packaging; for pan-searing, cook over medium heat until golden and cooked through; for grilling, cook over medium to medium-high heat, turning frequently for even browning; for roasting or broiling, cook at high heat until just cooked through and lightly caramelized; for smoking, cook over indirect heat until tender then finish with high heat; for sous-vide, cook until tender then finish with high-heat searing; rest briefly before serving
Storage & Handling

Keep refrigerated and cook within a few days of delivery, or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight for best texture and food safety.

Recipes

Fully seasoned and ready to cook. Keep refrigerated. Cook within 48 hours or freeze. Do not add additional salt before cooking.

Oven

  • Preheat to 400°F (205°C)
  • Rest chicken at room temperature 10–15 minutes
  • Place skin-side up on a lightly oiled pan
  • Roast 22–28 minutes, depending on thickness
  • Optional: broil 2–3 minutes to finish
  • Rest 3–5 minutes before serving

Internal temp: 165°F
(Pull at 160–162°F and rest)
