Chef’s Tip
Let your chicken rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before cooking. Season simply—just sea salt and freshly cracked pepper—to let the flavor shine. Great in a cast-iron skillet, roasted with herbs, or sliced over a composed salad.
Cooking Instructions
- Pan-Seared: Heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear for 5–7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 145–155°F. Rest before slicing.
- Oven-Roasted: Preheat oven to 375°F. Roast for 20–25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145–155°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Grilled: Preheat grill to medium. Cook 6–8 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing for best juiciness.
Note: A slight pink hue at 145–155°F is normal with Jidori® chicken due to its freshness and quality.
