Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using UPS for mainland U.S. deliveries and FedEx for Hawaii shipments. Orders are packed with insulated materials and cold packs or dry ice when required to maintain product quality.

Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on eligible shipping days will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Days
We ship Monday through Thursday only to avoid weekend carrier delays that may compromise perishable items. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next available shipping day.

Fresh vs Frozen Products

• Fresh products are shipped chilled and intended for immediate refrigeration upon delivery.

• Frozen products are shipped frozen with dry ice or cold packs and may arrive partially thawed but safe to refreeze if still cold to the touch.

Hawaii Orders
Hawaii orders ship via FedEx and may require additional transit time. Delivery timelines may vary due to island logistics and weather conditions.

Holiday & Weather Delays
Shipping schedules may be adjusted during holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive refrigerated packages immediately.
