Fresh Orders: Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Thursday will ship the following Tuesday to ensure same-day preparation and peak freshness.

Frozen Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday. Frozen cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped with gel packs.

🍳 Cooking Instructions

Bring chicken to room temperature before cooking. Recommended methods:

  • Frying: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry chunks for 3–4 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Stir-Frying: Cook over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring frequently, until fully cooked.
  • Grilling: Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side.

Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving for optimal juiciness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Jidori® Chicken Chunks (Leg meat preferred)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken chunks in soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and coat each piece with potato starch.
