We ship Tuesday through Friday via UPS Next Day Air.
Fresh Orders: Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Thursday will ship the following Tuesday to ensure same-day preparation and peak freshness.
Frozen Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday. Frozen cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped with gel packs.

🍳 Cooking Instructions
Bring chicken to room temperature before cooking. Recommended methods:
- Frying: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry chunks for 3–4 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Stir-Frying: Cook over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring frequently, until fully cooked.
- Grilling: Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side.
Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving for optimal juiciness.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Jidori® Chicken Chunks (Leg meat preferred)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ cup potato starch
- Oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken chunks in soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Drain and coat each piece with potato starch.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
