Cooking Instructions
- Boiled Broth: Blanch for 5 minutes, then simmer with onions, garlic, celery, and herbs for 4 hours. Skim foam for clarity.
- Steamed (Dim Sum): Steam in a wok or bamboo steamer for 10 minutes, then marinate and steam again until soft.
- Deep-Fried: After boiling and drying, fry at 350°F for 3 minutes until golden and crisp.
