Fresh Orders: Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Thursday will ship the following Tuesday to ensure same-day preparation and peak freshness.
Frozen Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday. Frozen cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped cold with gel packs.

🍳 Cooking Instructions
Bring chicken to room temperature before cooking. Recommended methods:
- Oven-Roasted: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs. Place in a roasting pan and cook for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Pan-Seared: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Season chicken and sear skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes. Transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and roast for 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before serving.
- Grilled: Preheat grill to medium heat. Season chicken and grill skin-side down for 5–7 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for another 5–7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before slicing.
