Submission Guidelines: 

  • All submissions will be sent via email to: Customerservice@Jidorihome.com
  • Recipe and favorite dishes must feature Jidori® chicken. 
  • If submitting a dish, include the restaurant name & location.
  • Include a detailed recipe with step-by-step instructions.
  • Attach high-quality photos of the dish.
  • Provide your name, location, and a brief background about your cooking experience.

Disclaimer for Recipes and Photos:

By submitting photos and recipes of your favorite chicken dishes using our chicken, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Ownership and Rights: You represent that you are the sole creator and owner of the submitted photos and recipes, or that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant us the license described below.
  2. License Grant: You grant Jidori Home a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, 1 translate, distribute, 2 and display the submitted photos and recipes (including any derivative works) in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, and website content.  
  3. No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the submitted photos and recipes, and that Jidori Home has no obligation to use or publish them.
  4. Release of Liability: You release and forever discharge Jidori Home, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the submitted photos and recipes.
  5. Representations and Warranties: You represent and warrant that the submitted photos and recipes do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  6. Content Moderation: Jidori Home reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to publish or remove any submitted photos or recipes that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable.
  7. Privacy: We will not share any personally identifiable information you submit with your photos and recipes, other than what is necessary for us to contact you regarding your submission. We will handle any personal data we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy].
  8. Modification of Terms: Jidori Home reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
