Frozen Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday. Frozen cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped cold with gel packs.

🍳 Cooking Instructions

Bring skewers to room temperature before cooking. Recommended methods:

  • Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Broiling: Preheat broiler to. Broil skewers on a tray for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Pan-Searing: Cook skewers in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.

Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest 3 minutes before serving for best texture.
