Ingredients:

  • 2 Jidori® Boneless Whole Chicken Legs (with Feet Attached)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup flour + 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Oil for frying
  • Brioche buns, pickles, spicy mayo or aioli

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and seasonings for 4+ hours or overnight.
  2. Dredge in seasoned flour/cornstarch blend. Press to adhere coating.
