  • Oven-Roasted: Roast at 375°F for 45–60 minutes. Season well and use aromatics like garlic, rosemary, or citrus.
  • Grilled: Grill skin-side down for 5–7 min, flip and finish 5–7 min more. Ensure internal temp reaches 155°F.
