Cooking Instructions
- Oven-Roasted: Preheat to 375°F. Roast for 45–60 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Pan-Roasted: Sear skin-side down 3–4 min in skillet. Flip, then finish in oven for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked (165°F).
- Grilled: Grill over medium heat, skin-side down 5–7 min, flip and finish 5–7 more. Rest before slicing.
