Fresh Orders: Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Thursday will ship the following Tuesday to ensure same-day preparation and peak freshness.

Frozen Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday. Frozen cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped cold with gel packs.

Bring the chicken to room temperature before cooking. Recommended methods:

• Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skin-side down for 10–15 minutes, then flip and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.
• Roasting: Preheat oven to 425°F. Roast skin-side up for 35–45 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.
• Broiling: Broil skin-side up for 10 minutes to crisp the skin, then finish in the oven at 375°F until cooked through.

Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving for optimal juiciness.
